Grant by Alicia late wife of John Honesworth and Margareta late wife of John Water of Eton, in their free widowhood, to Henry VI of a moiety of a curtilage in Eton between a tenement late of Walter Clay on the south and a tenement of Robert Goodgrome on the north, extending from the King's way leading through the middle of Eton, 80ft x 24ft. Witnesses: Robert Manfeld, David Breknok, John Brekenok, Richard Milrede, Nicholas Clopton. Given at Eton, 20 December, 20 Henry VI.
