Quitclaim by Hugo Dier, al. Aylewyn, Thomas Pete, William Hayward and Thomas Dyer, al. Hynderlyng to Thomas Jourdelay of Eton of two cottages and two half acres of arable in Eton, viz, the cottages between the King's way and land late of Guydo Goldesborgh, extending from a bridge called Baldeswynesbrugh [Baldwin's Bridge] to a messuage of William Hunt, ½ acre in Myddefurlong next land late of Henry Jourdelay, ½ acre in Longefurlong next land of the lord of Vndercomb: also rents of 5s 6d viz, 2s 2d from a messuage late of Nicholas Cheswyke in le Myllane, 13d from a piece of land late of Juliana Yonge between a messuage late of Thomas Rotour on both sides, 13d from a messuage late of William Osgod, between land late of Guydo Goldesborgh and land late of William Stratton, 14d from a messuage late of William Deye, now held by William Kyng. All the premises were enfeoffed to them jointly with said John Jourdelay, John Water, Henry Mylleward, and William Spraket, now deceased, by John Hynderlyng, al. Dyer, and William Page. Witnesses: Richard Profyte, Thomas Claraunce, Thomas Chaunteney, John Syluestre, John Dyer. 18 July, 32 Henry VI.
