Feoffment by Margareta Water of Eton near Windsor co. Bucks, in her free widowhood, to magistri William Westbury and Thomas Barker, clerici and John Water, her son, of a tenement in Eton between a tenement of Richard Profett, her brother, on the south and tenements of John Fremley and the college of Eton on the north, extending from the King's way leading to Windsor to a ditch called Casteldiche. Witnesses: Thomas Jourdelay, David Whitchurche, Richard Profett, Thomas Peet, Thomas Hinderlyng. Given at Eton, 10 September, 37 Henry VI.
