Lease by Alicia Jourdelay, widow, late wife of Thomas Jourdelay of Eton to Roger Walgraue of lands which lessor holds of the King in the parish of Eton and half a barn in a messuage in which lessor dwells, an outer close belonging to the messuage, and all houses in the close except the stable, and 4 acres, called Bradmere in the parish of Eton for 3 years from Michaelmas at a rent of 40s. 20 September, 22 Edward IV.
