Grant by John Water of Eton, clericus, to Richard Clerk of Eton of a croft of pasture in the north field in the parish of Eton called Louecotes next a common called le Dene on the west, extending to Chalveygrove on the north and land of the college of Eton on the east: also 6½ acres of arable in the same field viz, 3 acres extending to Chalveybroke on the north and land of John Blakman on the south between land late of Thomas Jourdeley on the west and land late of Richard Louell called Bradmer on the east, 1½ next the common called le Dene and a piece of land called Sawyersbutt, 2 acres next land of the college on the east and land late of Thomas Jourdeley on the west extending to Chalveygrove at a rent of 7d.
