Refeoffment by magistri Hugo France, William Garthe and Gylb. Carleton, clerici, George Bardsesy and Thomas Wyllyngham to mag. Henry Bost, clericus, of lands etc in Eton, co. Bucks, and New Windsor, co. Berks, enfeoffed to them, jointly with mag. William Bethum, now deceased, by said Henry Bost; also power of attorney to Lodowicus Palmer and William Ketyll to give seisin. Witnesses: Thomas Hunt, Henry Smyth, John Mason, two others. Given at Eton, 1 October, 15 Henry VII.
