Grant by Eylwinus de Tegula to Thomas fil Radulfi Burnel, the King’s carpenter, for his homage and service and 40s., of a half messuage in the town of Windsor in Pusecroftestrate, between the other half messuage formerly held by Walter Schot and the messuage late of Cecilia de Fonte, not to be assigned to religious houses or jewry, at a rent of 12d, saving the rights of the King.
