Grant by William Sawale de Windels (Windsor) to Alex. Molendinarius, for his house and sevice and 20s 6d of a half messuage in the town in Pescrofte, between a half messuage of John Fordwyne and land of Eilwin de Tegula, for a rent of 1d, and 10d, to keep up a candle before the great altar in the church of St John the Baptist of New Windsor, saving the King’s service.
