Grant by William Andreu to Thomas Burnel, for his service and 1 marc, of a rent of 3s from Robert de Bedeford for a messuage in the town of Windels (Windsor) in Pescrofte, at a rent of a clove (unum clavum gariofori) to the grantor and 12d to the prior of Merton, saving also the suit to the prior of Merton’s court at Windsor.
