Grant by Walterus fil Hugonis Andree de Wyndles (Windsor) to Thomas Burnel, for his services and 20s of a moiety of all the piece of land,built upon, which Hugo his father gave the grantor in fee, in the King’s market in the town of Windsor, between the Kings market and a tenement of mag. Johannes fil Michaelis de Braye, the moiety to be the eastern half towards the market, at a rent of 3 ½, saving to Johanna, grantor’s mother, her third part as dower for life.
