Grant by John fil quondam Roberti Marescalli to William le Barber, for his service and 1 marc,of a piece of land with buidlings in the town of New Windsor opposite the cemetery of the church of the town, between a tenement late of Thomas le Pohter and a tenement late of Robert, grantor’s father, being 12ft wide, and between the King’s way and a tenement late of said Robert 77ft long, at a rent of 3 ½ to Thomas Burnel and a clove to the grantor, saving the King’s service.
