Grant by John Maurdy to William de Sotesbrok and Elena his wife, for 2½ marcs, of a rent of 3s, from Galfr. Gerald for a tenement in New Windsor in Puscroftestrete between lands of the grantee and John Fordewyne extending to the King's street (strata) and to land of John Fordewyne.
Witnesses: Roger le Porter, Edward Bakhus, Edmund Burnel, William de la Barre, John Golde, Edmund de Brumtone, Walter Chiual.

Seal: two shields suspended from a tree, on the sinister three hunting horns, on the dexter three crescents.
