Witnesses: Roger le Porter, Edward Bakhus, Edmund Burnel, William de la Barre, John Golde, Edmund de Brumtone, Walter Chiual.

Seal: two shields suspended from a tree, on the sinister three hunting horns, on the dexter three crescents.
