Lease by Henry Thedred de Sotesbroc having the 'nutrimentum' (wardship?) of Thomas son and heir of the late William de Sotesbroc, burgess of New Windsor and the said William to John Fordewyne of a tenement in Puscroftstrete between lands of the lessee and William Swyft, extending from the King's street (strata) to land late of William Assheby, for 16 years from St Andrew's day 11 Edward II. The premises to be kept windtight and watertight (de wyndyzt et waterdyzt).
