Grant by John son and heif of John Dolfyn of New Windsor to Matildis Dolfyn his sister of a piece of land with buildings in New Windsor of the fee of the lord of Cliware (Clewer) between lands of grantor and grantee, with a frontage to the King's street of 20ft and extending at the other end to a grange of John Jordan where it is 19ft wide.
