Grant by Roger de Stanes of New Windsor to John fil Osberti le Taverner and Agnes, grantor's daugher, and the heirs of their body, with remainder to said Osbert and Alicia his wife for their lives, of a messuage in new Windsor, between a messuage late of John Golde and a messuage of Edward Jeky, also 4 acres of land in Old Windsor in the field called Eldesworth, also 18d rents in Windsor, viz, from William atte Barre 6d for a piece of land next his messuage, from Juliana Brown 6d for a piece of land between lands of William atte Barre and grantor, from Robert fil Wateri clerici 3d for a half acre in Longecrfote, from Edward Jeky 1d for a half acre in La Shete, from John Brocas 1d for 1 acre in la Shere and 1d for a tenement late of Mauricius le Mercer Underote.
