Lease in fee farm by Hamo Smod of New Windsor and Rosia his wife, to John fil Edwardi le Porter and Margaret his daughter of a messuage in Windsor between a messuage of the grantor on the north and a messuage of John de Mildenhald and Henry Been on the south, extending from the King’s street (strata) to a field called le Werth at a rent of 3s to the grantees for their lives, afterwards 6d yearly for a light of the Holy Cross in St John’s church, Windsor.
Witnesses: Symon de Wodeham, Reymundus Horesull, Peter de Kyrgeston, two others.
