Quitclaim by Philip fil Simonis Creppyng of New Windsor to Dionisia, late the wife of John Maurdyn, Parker, and Roger fil Johannis Maurdyn, Parker, of lands etc in New Windsor which they hold in virtue of an exchange between the grantor and said Dionisia and John her husband whose son and heir said Roger is.
