Grant by Hugo Segrave to John de Donstaple of 2 ½ acres of land in New Windsor viz, three half acres on la Downs between land of magister John de Wundesore and the meadow extending from the grove (graua) late of Thomas de Openore to marlpit (puteus marlere) late of Thomas de Schawe, one acre between lands of Robert Fellagh and Matilldis Toft, extending from land of mag. John de Windesore to land late of William Mareskal (?).
