Grant by John Belyng, clericus, to John Massyngham canon of the King’s chapel within the castle of Windsor, of a moiety of a messuage and garden in New Windsor in the fee of Clyware (Clewer) between messuages of John Bromyng and Richard Fanner, extending from the King’s way to a tenement of John Smyth.
Witnesses: John Lowsel, maior eiusdem ville de noua Wyndesore, John Burgeys, William Bullok, bailiffs of the same, four others.
