Power of attorney from John Welles, clericus, and Margareta late wife of John Oterton of New Windsor, executors of said JohnOterton to Robert Upnore and Galfr. Mathewe to give seisin to John Mathewe of the same place of 11 acres of arable which the testator held of said John Mathewe, viz, 1 acre in le Hulle, 1 acre in Esthurst, 1 acre in Spelthurst, 4 acres in le Heyghfeld and 4 acres in Undrore in the fee of the abbot of Reading.
