Licence from Henry VI to the burgesses and good men of New Windsor to give the Provost and Royal college of St Mary of Eton near Windsor, all the waters and fisheries ‘in riua Thamesie’, which they hold by virtue of the grant to them by Edward I, dated 10 September in his ninth year (1281), of the perpetual farm of the town at a rent of £17.
