Windsor, Berkshire: Quitclaim of liberties

Quitclaim by the burgesses and good men of the Borough of New Windsor, to the King, of all liberties and franchises in the waters and fisheries ‘in riua Thamesie’ which they have given by deed of the 7 July, 21 Henry VI to the Provost and Royal College of St Mary’s of Eton, near Windsor, excepting pontage or passage over and under the bridge, fixing of timber for buildings and repair of the bridge, assay and assise of all victuals on the Windsor side.
