Feoffment by William Staverton, of Bray, co. Berks, esquire, to Walter Vaughan and Isabella his wife of a tenement in New Windsor (as in ECR 11 231) enfeoffed to him jointly with John Scott, John Colby, deceased, and said Isabella by Thomas Todd and Thomas Hunte (as in ECR 11 231).
Witnesses: Nicholas Larwode, mayor of Windsor, Thomas Hunte, and Thomas Bowlond, bailiffs, four others.
