Grant by Eugenia wife of the late Osb. le Merchant de Windlesor (Windsor), in her free widowhood, John Weri and Matildis his wife, to Thomas Burnel, for his service and 4s, of a piece of land called Welhawe in the vill of Windsor in the fee of the lord of Cliueware (Clewer), in Puscrofte, between lands of John Fordwyne and Hugo clericus, extending from land of grantee to land of the lord of Clewer, at a rent of 1½d and a clove.
