Grant by Richard fil Willelmi de Wratinges and Hauisia his wife to Thomas Bernel, for his homage and service and 3 marcs, of a moiety of croft in the vill of Windsor of the fee of the abbot of Reading, Subhora, a moiety whereof Galfr. Coleburne holds 'penes' the grantors, between the barn of John de Wautort and the King's way leading to Datch(et), extending from the cross to houses of Gileb. de Subhora, at a rent of 4d, saving forinsec service.
