Grant by Galfr. Coleburne to Nicholas Tanerus, for his homage and service and 29s of two half acres in the vill of Windsor of the fee of the abbot of Reading in Suzhore on Estuurthe viz. one between lands of the grantor and Robert Est, the other between land of Rand. Est and land late of John le Franceys, at a rent of 9d, saving the King's forinsec service.
