Grant by William Neel de Windles (Windsor) to Simon de Sypeham, for his homage and service and 12d, of a piece of land in the vill of Windsor of the fee of the abbot of Reading of Susore, within the ditch called le Barredich between the grantor and grantee, six ells in length, and in breadth 4½ ells at the north end, 2¾ ells in the middle and 2½ ells at the south end, with poer to alienate except to religion and jewry, at a rent of 3d and saving the King's forinsec service.
