Grant by John fil Nicholai de Bekenesfeld (Beaconsfield) to Cutel mercator, for his service and 4 marcs of a moiety of a messuage in the vill of Windsor of the fee of the lord of Clifware (Clewer) between lands late of Richard Turkil and Osb. Felware, extending from the division of the messuage to the street called Niwestrate, at a rent of 14d.
