Confirmation by Matildis filia Simonis Kene of Old Windsor, in her libera potestas, to Thomas Burnel, for ½ marc, of her former grant to him (ECR 11 035) of 1 acre in Old Windsor in a croft called Bencroft between land of the grantee and land late of Gonnora de Fossato at a rent of ½d to grantor, three capons to the prior of Merton and 1d to Simon de Shawes.
