Grant by Eugyna late the wife of Osbertus le Mercer and Matillidis her sister, to Thomas Burnel, for his service and 20s of 2 acres in Wyndlesor and Clyfware (Windsor and Clewer) which Alicia late the wife of Thomas Burnel held in dower, and a half messuage in the town of Windsor of the fee of the abbot of Adingdon, and all the lands and tenements which belonged to Andrew de Fonte grantor's brother, at a rent of two cloves and the service due to the chief lords.
