Quitclaim by Hugo de Bernecestre, nuncius domine regine scocie (Margaret, daughter of Henry III), for himself and Alicia his wife, to Eylwynus de tegula, for 5½ marcs, of 2 acres in la Werthe between land of said Eylwyn and the King's ditch, of which acres he had seven years farm from said Eylwyn beginning St Philip and St James 55 Henry. (III, 1 May 1271).
