Grant by Alicia filia Gulfridi Wodihet, late wife of Robert de Agua, in her free widowhood, to Walter fil Eylwyni Wodihet, for his service and 10 m. of a site of a grange with 3 ares of land in the vill of Windsor of the fee of the abbot of Reading, the site lying between a tenement of the said abbot and a tenement of John Cupere, ½ acre on Estwerthes between lands of Emma Est and Walter Weylond, ½ acre between lands of William Gerald and Ran. Est, 3 roods between land late of Rad. Wodeman and land of Ran. Est, 1 rood between lands of Walter Weylond and Ran. Est, ½ acre between land late of Rad. Wodeman and land of William Gerald, ½ acre between lands of grantor and William Gerald, at a rent to the abbot of 2s 5d, 4d to John le Venella, and 2d to grantor, saving the King's forinsec service.
