Covenant between Nicholaa daughter of the late Alicia Pistor of Windsor and Rad. Fowel, whereby Rad. Fowel is to 'leuare' (shore up?) and repair the whole messuage and keep it in repair 'de Wyndyzt and waterdyt' for Nicholaa's life.
