Grant by Nicholas, son and heir of Symon Tannator of New Windsor to William de Felles, for 26s, of a messuage in New Windsor of the abbot of Reading's fee Underore, between land of William Neel on one side and on the other the King's street leading from the Thames and a house late of Richard Est to the house of William Nel, extending from land late of Richard Est to land of grantee.
