Grant by Walter de Arderne and Cristina filia Johannis in the Lane of New Windsor, his wife, to William Vygeros and Johanna his wife, for 10 marcs and 10s, of a moiety of a piece of arable and 3 acres 3 roods of land in New Windsor, the said half piece lying on le Muchelehull in Underore filed between land of Alicia in the Lane and the path from Windsor to Datchet extending from land late of Robert de Horshull to Pokeland, 2 acres in the same field in a cultura called Hageldern between lands of William de Felleie and Hugo Morisse, extending from land of Rober le Plomer to land late of Richard Eyst, 1 acre in the same field in the cultura called le Rude between lands of William de Felleie and Robert Punchun, extending from land of William de Burdeaux to land of Alicia in the Lane, 3 roods in the high field between land of Alicia in the Lane and William de Underore extending from la More to land of said Oliver; also 3s 6d rents in New Windsor, viz. 12d from William son and heir of Hugo atte Gate for a piece of land in Underore opposite a tenement late of Richard Eyst, 2d from Robert Randulf for a messuage adjoining the said piece, 6d from John Fordwine for a half acre in the same field, 9d from Matildis Tieleres for 1½ acres in the same field, 2d from John Maurdynes for a rood in the same field, 7d for a piece of land late of John de London called Geraldes Aker in the same field, 3d from Richard de Horesull for a helf acre in the same field, and 1d from Robert de Ponte for a half acre in his croft.
