Grant in fee farm by Emma de Kymbirle, prioress, and the convent of Ancirwyc to Arnald le Barbur, Cristine, hiw wife, and the heirs of Arnald, of a place of land in New Windsor between the church path (semitam eclesiasticam) and a tenement late of William Asshebi, extending from the cemetery of the town at one end to the King's street at the other. Yearly rent 8d, payable in equal portions at the reast of Michaelmas and Annunciation.
Witnesses: Roger le Porter, Alexander le Peintur, Walter de Radinge, John le Waryner, Thomas de Schawe, Philip ate Hawe, John Jurdan, then bailiff of the town of Windsor, and many others.
