Grant by Matthew Gerald, of New Windsor, to Alice, his daughter, of half a messuage and half an acre of land in New Windsor, for former lying between a tenement late of Richard le Frend and the other moiety of the said messuage, and extending from the King's way to land late of WIlliam Langaker, of the fee of the lord of Cliware, and the half acre on a cultura called Northwurthe, between land of the grantor and land of Margaret, widow of John le Tanner, extending from the land of Robert Cler to that of Peter Underore.
