Quitclaim by Peter, son and heir of William de Underor, of New Windsor, to Aveline, his mother, of all his rights in all lands, tenements etc. in New Windsor which he inherited after the death of William and which Aveline had lately had by his (Peter's) gift; and in two acres of land and 20d rent which remained to him at the time of the said feoffment.
Witnesses: Matthew Gerald, Richard, his son, John Est, Richard Est, Robert Randulf, John Jurdan, Richard de Horesulle and others.
Given at Windsor Saturday after the Translation of St Thomas the martyr 16 Edward II (beginning).
