Grant by William, son of William de Wylegh, of Dachete, to Robert de Bykenhurst, plumber, of New Windsor, of a tenement with a curtilage in Underore of the fee of the abbot of Reading, lying between the tenement of Ralph le Wayte and that of Richard le Skynnere and extending from the King's street to le Flodgong.
Witnesses: Matthew Gerald, John Est, Adam le Rede, William Lythfot, John e Wayte, Robert Randulf, William the Clerk and others.
Given at New Windsor Monday after the feast of S John the Baptist 17 Edward II.
