Indenture of grant by Richard de Horesulle, of Windsor, in consideration of the surrender by William Vigerus and Joan, his wife, of a shop in Windsor which they held in the name of the dowry of the said Joan, to the said William and Joan, for her life, of a yearly rent of 20d which the grantor has been accustomed to be paid by them at Michaelmas for three roods of land which they hold of him in high field; the bond to pay to the said William and Joan, for her life, a yearly rent of 2s 4d for the said shop at the four principal terms of the year.
