Grant by Simon le Barber, of London, and Alice, his wife, to John Est, of New Windsor Underore, of a messuage with curtilage adjacent in Windsor within the liberty of the abbot of Redyngge, between a tenement of Adam le Rede on the west, William Lightfot on the east, and the said Adam on the south and abutting on the King's way on the north, for a yearly rent of 3d silver to the capital lord of the fee.
Witnesses: Robert Matheu, William Neel, William Lightfot, John le Wayte, Adam le Rede, Thomas de Merwode, clerk, and others.
Given at Windsor Sunday after the feast of St Scolastica the virgin 15 Edward III.
