Quitclaim by John Est, of New Windsor, to John Hurtle, of Windsor, of all his right in 4d yearly quit rent which he used to receive at Michaelmas and Lady day for a messuage in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Radyng lying between the King's way and a dyke called le Flodgong, and extending at one end onto the land of William Nel and at the other onto a cottage of John Coterel.
