Content description
Grant by John Bukke and Matilda, his wife, of New Windsor, that if John Est, of the same, his heirs or nominees, shall pay at Michaelmas next 20s silver for two half acres of land at Bullokesloke and 8s silver for ½ acre of land at Northworthe, in the field of Underore, a charter whereby the said Est granted the premises to the said Bukke and his wife shall be restored to the said Est and annulled.

Given at Windsor on the morrow of the Purification 22 Edward III.
