Indenture of lease for 60 years by Roger de Cifrewas, lord of Cluare, to john de Dunstapele and Lucy his wife, of a place in Underore (erased), extending from the King's way towards the east, and to the curtilage of Emma Chesewyk towards the west. To hold from Michaelmas next, for a yearly rent of 12d, payable in equal portions at the feasts of the Annunciation and Michaelmas.
Witnesses: Osbert le Taverner, Nicholas le Deghere, John Bukke, Gilbert Dodelere, Edward atte Brugge, and others. Given at New Windsor Saturday before the feast of the Nativity of the Blessed Mary 24 Edward III.
