Grant by John Tenham and Sabina, his wife, of Windsor, to Christine Asscheby, relict of William Asscheby, of the same, of 4s yearly rent payable on a messuage in New Windsor, situated between the tenements of John Pope on the south and the late John Wayte on the north and west, at the feasts of the Annunciation and Michaelmas in equal portions; with permission to enter and distrain if the rent is in arrears.
