Grant by Alice, relict of Simon Vanner, of New Windsor, in her pure widowhood, to John Vanner, her son, of all the tenement she had of the gift of Walter Chapman and Henry Newenham, warden of the church of New Windsor, lying in Underore on a hide of the abbot of Radying between the tenement sometime of Robert Dachet on one side and a path called Mullane on the other.
Witnesses: Adam Caperon, Thomas Ysslep, John Matheu, Richard Tanner, John Bullok, junior, and others.
Given at New Windsor Monday after the feast of St Thomas the Apostle 39 Edward III.
