Grant by Dionisia atte Bere de Wergrave to John atte Bere, her son, of the same, of all her lands and tenements in New Windsor, Clyware and Braye, co. Berks, and Dachet and Upton, co. Bucks, to wit the lands and tenements which were sometime of Nicholas Artaut, as whole as when assigned as portion to the grantor, saving always the portion of Felicia her sister.
Witnesses: Robert Hertele, of Windsor, Nicholas Bernard, of the same, John Peyntour, of the same, Robert Bakere, of Braye, Thomas Hyvenden, of the same, John Enefeld, of Clyware, William Bythewode and others.
