Grant by Agnes Dolfyn, daugher and heiress of John Dolfyn of New Windsor, to William atte Pulle, of the same, of a moiety of a messuage and garden adjacent in Underore in the fee of Clywar between the messuage of John Bromyng and the messuage of William Fanner and extending from the King's way to the tenement of John Smyth, in the parish of Clywar.
Witnesses: Henry Neuwenham, Richard Wyngham, bailiffs of the town of Windsor, Robert Honesworth, John SMyth, Thomas Toio, John Gardiner and others.
