Grant by John Gardiner, of Windsor, to Lucy Place, of the same, of 2 acres of land in Underore in the fee of the abbot of Rading lying between the land sometime of Gilbert Dodelar and the land which Joan Dachet holds in the name of dowry, and extending at one end onto the land of John Mathew, and between the land of John Smyth and the land sometime of Robert Felle; which he had of the gift of the said Luc. To hold for her life, with remainder to William Bullok and Millicent, his wife, and their heirs.

Given at Windsor in Underore on the feast of the Apostles Simon and Jude 3 Richard II.
