Grant by Thomas Gylmyn de Hermeston, clerk, to Thomas Harpekote, of New Windsor, of a croft of land containing 3 acres sometime of John Godfray lying in Underor in the fee of the abbot of Radyng between the land of the said Thomas Harpekote and the pasture called Bradele on the one side and the King's way which leads towards montem on the other cand extending onto puteum crucis at one end and a path called Lytellane at the other.

Given at Underor Sunday after the feast of St Scolastica the virgin 12 Richard II.
